It might seem impossible that there really are some answers to help with migrane pain. Most of us have asked multiple doctors for help and didn't find any answers outside of medications.
That is what happened to me. So I went on a long quest to heal from migraines. I learned so much along the way. I know what it is like to have so much pain you can move. So much pain you want to die. I made this website because I want to help other who suffer from migraines. I have answers that can help those who are willing to make the effort.
Hi, I'm Diana
I am here because I care about people who suffer from migraine pain and I truly want to help.
I have lived with chronic pain since I was a teenager which means I've always been on a search for relief. The medical community’s answer was medication, which perpetuated my condition and didn’t help much. I felt desperate and depressed as my symptoms worsened. There were many days I could not get out of bed, perform normal daily tasks, and enjoy life to its fullest. After being hospitalized and having powerful prescription drugs fail to improve my constant migraines, I decided to find my way out. I felt like it was do or die! I did extensive research and testing. I found help from a couple of sources, including Medical Medium, Anthony Williams. I changed my attitude and diet and added self-care habits that strengthened my immune system and empowered me to heal. Covid came in and erased much of the progress I had made, so I had to start over and do it again. On this site, I will share with you all that I have learned along the way and what has worked for me and the clients I have worked with. Ultimately only you can change your health. With the right information, it is possible to have a great quality of life again.

I learned so much and I want to share it all with you. Some key points I learned are below:

Many migraines are caused by a virus attacking the trigeminal nerve or the vagus nerve when the body is stressed and the immune system is down.

When the liver is taxed, or we don't get enough sleep or many of the other migraine triggers happen, the immune system is not available and an attack occurs which causes our pain.

Preventing migraines starts with a strong immune system and requires controlling latent viruses hidden in the body.

Medications do not stop migraines from occurring. We need to heal physically and mentally. Attitude and lifestyle adjustments can improve our quality of life significantly.

The power to heal belongs to each of us.
There is a lot to learn and take in. I have included valuable information throughout this site, including in blog articles and You Tube videos. Help yourself, literally, but cruising around to find the information that best suits what you need.
